- Leading all workstreams across RSA Finance to implement Group wide Data Governance policy, procedures and systems.
- Remediation of long-standing reporting inconsistencies by redesigning system feeds and establishing governance framework to control changes and prioritise upstream data problems.
- Personally led a review of Sales Channel/Profit Centre mappings and implemented systems changes resulting in a re-statement of historic premium performance.
